In the course of his professional career, Guido Malzkorn has been responsible for bringing numerous projects to a very successful conclusion; for example, in the areas of M&A, post-merger integration, the setting up of greenfield operations in Asia and South America, intensive international recruiting at top management level, employer branding, divestures, carve-outs, restructuring and reorganisation, partial business closures and business transfers, etc.
